Privacy Policy

This policy describes what MuslimNameVault collects and why. The site is published by K Digital Systems LLC. It is a reference site: there are no accounts, no logins and no advertising.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and approximate location. This is used only in aggregate, to decide what to work on next. You can block it with a browser setting, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on.

Forms

The contact and suggestion forms are delivered by Formspree, which receives whatever you type into them - including your email address if you supply one - and forwards it to us by email. Do not put sensitive personal information in these forms. Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them.

Information stored in your browser

Saved names and your boy/girl filter preference are stored in your own browser's local storage, under the keys muslimNamesFavs and genderPreference. This never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Hosting and third-party assets

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses. Page styling loads from the Tailwind CDN and analytics from Google's servers; both receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your information, run advertising, build profiles of readers, or ask you to create an account.

Children

This site is written for adults choosing names. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can block analytics as described above, decline to use the forms, and clear browser storage at any time. To ask what we hold from a message you sent, or to have it deleted, email support@muslimnamevault.com.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page along with a new effective date.
